Prerequisite: The Focus Survey

Lesson 1: Profile overview
When the Focus Survey is complete, teams share the results with each other and with the GTD® Focus leaders for a dynamic and in-person engagement uncovering your comparative advantages. We’ll unpack the processes that drive your attention, energy, and relationship with time.
Lesson 2: Team dynamics
The leader will start with exercises that are paradigm examples of each process, then will draw out real and actionable examples from your group dynamics. The goal is to identify the points of conflict that emerge dynamically from our differences, in order to manage them candidly and objectively as opportunities.
Lesson 3: Application
The final engagement is focused on leveraging your insights into each others information management and transfer processes into specific tactics for improving your meetings, communicating more effectively, to assess your customers’ needs more personally, and to support each other’s work flow.
